Heather really guided our family through the process of buying a condo in the city. We are suburbanites with no knowledge of what to consider when buying a condo, Heather really walk us through what all we needed to consider. I had also ask Heather that my daughter who was going to be the primary resident of this condo be included in the process, again Heather fully explained to her all that has to be considered in buying property. With our lack of knowledge of the city and condo purchasing, Heather was extremely patient and did not pressure us into make quick decisions. When I am ready to sell the condo we purchased Heather will be who we contact.

She was very straightforward with what to expect from a market perspective. She had alot of knowledge and pointed out features and potential issues about some of the homes when we were touring them. Heather took on the sale of my condo with vigor and really ran with it. I was really amazed at how fast she had folks walking through. She was very professional and effective in securing a buyer. Her team was super helpful, in setting up pictures, securing potential workers to take care of necessary repairs in the condo, as well as offering to be available to assist workers and cleaning crew in gaining access to the unit to ensure work could get done. Heather has assisted me in two home purchases and one home sale. My second home purchase was in the west suburbs and she was very accommodating with scheduling viewings. She met us out there on weekends as well as week nights. After looking at homes in several different neighborhoods we finally found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood within our price range. The home sale went great as well. We had a contract in our hands for the asking price four days after listing. This allowed us to start looking for a new home right away.
